The procedure is informational and is not available for resolution through this platform. The file must be submitted at the headquarters of the Directorate of Urbanism within the Ploiesti City Hall. The procedure specifies the documents required for the issuance of the urbanism certificate.
According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urbanistic requirements of the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of approved and endorsed urbanism documentation, a document that is issued, upon request, to any applicant—natural person or legal entity.
According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not substitute a building/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.
