This procedure regulates the manner of organizing and conducting the linguistic competency test for admission to the 5th grade with an intensive modern language teaching program of international circulation, at the level of public or private pre-university education units in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) from the Framework Regulation for the organization and functioning of classes with intensive or bilingual modern language teaching in pre-university education units, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
