To start the procedure for issuing the tax certificate, you must pay a fixed fee of 19 lei/certificate per individual on Ghiseul.ro by selecting County Giurgiu/Local Taxes and Fees/Institution Giurgiu/ search for the fee "Tax stamp fee for individual tax certificate

  • The tax certificate will be published within two working days from the submission of the application (except for alienation, see details on the application form).
  • The conditions for issuing tax certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code.
  • Consequently, the applicant will obtain a tax certificate only if they are up to date with the payment of obligations owed to the local budget. For this purpose, if you have not paid the minimum required amounts, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, estimating the minimum amounts you must pay on ghiseul.ro to obtain a certificate with no debts.
