This procedure regulates the issuance of the neighborhood report by the Maramureș County Institution. The structure handling the request is the Document Intake Department.
In order to issue the approval, the applicant will address the Maramureș County Council by submitting electronically the following documents:
- Request - standard form;
- Plot layout and boundary plan of the property for which the signing of the neighborhood report is requested (P.A.D.)
- Neighborhood report
- Zoning plan
- Other documents (optional)
The issuance of the approval is conditioned by the mailing, to the issuer's headquarters, of the original documents, if they do not bear an electronic signature.

In the case of a dispute between the beneficiary and the competent authority, the provisions of common law are applicable.
