The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch for Land Improvements coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of notices in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the notice is 24 months, before the expiration of this period a single extension of the notice can be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity term of the ANIF notice for which the extension is requested) and its on-site verification.

The extension of the notice will bear another registration number from the ANIF notice issuance register and is granted for a period of maximum 12 months, after this date a new extension of the validity of the notice is not possible, the applicant having to obtain, according to the law, another ANIF notice.

ANIF issues the notices within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
