​The procedure describes the method for submitting the application for exercising the right to erasure of personal data – the right to be forgotten.

The application is submitted to:

1. The Information Center for Citizens located in Deva, Piata Unirii no. 4, room no. 25

2. Online, at the email address: dpo@primariadeva.ro. After the application is registered, the data protection officer will send you the registration number by email.

The operator provides the data subject with information regarding actions taken following a request under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, without undue delay and in any event within at most one month from the receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months when necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The operator informs the data subject of any such extension, within one month from the receipt of the request, also presenting the reasons for the delay.
