This procedure regulates the method of submitting online requests for the issuance of seniority certificates from the archive of the Negresti City Hall, in accordance with the provisions of art. 29 of the National Archives Law no.16/1996, republished, art.44 of the Instructions regarding archive activity at document creators and holders, approved by the management of the National Archives through Daily Order no. 217/1996 and art.3 of Government Ordinance no. 33/2002 regarding the regulation of the issuance of certificates and attestations by central and local public authorities.
