The professions of general nurse, midwife, and medical assistant are regulated professions in Romania by GEO No. 144 of October 28, 2008 regarding the practice of the profession of general nurse, the profession of midwife and the profession of medical assistant, as well as the organization and functioning of the Order of General Nurses, Midwives, and Medical Assistants of Romania.*

MANDATORY FOR GRADUATES WHO COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES BEFORE 2007 – The employment record book – a copy certified as “true to the original” by the employer. In the case of employers from the private sector, the INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT along with any additional documents – copies certified as “true to the original” by the employer – must be uploaded electronically. If the applicant cannot provide proof of professional experience, a scanned self-declaration must be attached in which this is stated. The declaration must include the name and surname, identification data, domicile, profession, and the statement “I declare on my own responsibility that I have not practiced the profession and do not possess any proof of professional experience.” FOR GRADUATES WHO ENROLLED IN STUDIES STARTING FROM 2007 – A scanned declaration must be attached, stating the name and surname, identification data, domicile, profession, and the statement “I, the undersigned…, declare that I have graduated from the school/faculty … in the year …”.*

The REVISAL extract must contain the position, employment norm, start and end date of the worked period… FOR GRADUATES WHO COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES AFTER 2010 - a scanned declaration must be attached, stating the name and surname, identification data, domicile, profession, and the statement "I declare that I graduated from the school/faculty... in the year…".*
