This type of request is submitted in the following situations :
- for the issuance of a taxi authorization obtained only as a result of one of the following operations:
- merging of authorized transporters;
- division of an authorized transporter;
- the authorized transporter, holder of one or more authorizations, renounces one or more authorizations in favor of their employees who prove that they have acquired the status of authorized transporter (individual or legal entity);
- transformation of a natural person into a legal entity
Requests are submitted at the headquarters of the Citizens Information Center located in City Park Mall (new wing), floor 1, bd. Alexandru Lapusneanu no.116 C, phone 0241/485890.
