The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon making a formal request to this effect, meet the following conditions: hold an official pharmacy qualification, are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice as a pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, have paid the enrollment fee (the fee is to be paid into the account of the territorial college Cont Libra RO81 BREL 0002 0008 3293 0100, ​CIF 12664843 or at the College headquarters)

The registration fee for the College of Pharmacists of Romania is 10% of the minimum wage in theeconomy.
