2. Registry Office of Constanța City Hall, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51 – for those submitted through postal offices;

The authorization period is a maximum of 30 days. This period may be extended only once, at the request of the applicant, for a period not exceeding the one initially approved.

- for the issuance of the Operating Permit for carrying out temporary economic activities in public areas or areas with public access, in copy. - for the temporary use of public spaces belonging to the municipality of Constanța, promotional campaign taxes in the amount of: ▪in the municipality of Constanța 6 lei/sqm/day in zone A and 3 lei/sqm/day in zone B ▪in Mamaia Resort and Sat Vacanță 6 lei/sqm/day zone A and 3 lei/sqm/day in zone B (according to H.C.L. no. 614/2022 regarding the establishment of local taxes and fees at the level of the municipality of Constanța) - in the case where the land belongs to the municipality of Constanța. (the payment of the taxes will be made after the conditions for authorization are verified and only if authorization is possible).*
