​The procedure describes the way of submitting the application for exercising the right to restriction of processing of personal data.

The application is submitted at:

1. The Citizens' Information Center located in Deva, Piata Unirii no. 4, room no. 25

2. Online, at the email address: dpo@primariadeva.ro. After registering the received application, the data protection officer will send you the registration number of the application by email.

The controller provides the data subject with information regarding actions taken following a request under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, without undue delay and in any case within no more than one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, giving the reasons for the delay.
