This procedure establishes the method for declaring vehicles with a maximum authorized total weight greater than 12 tons, owned by individuals, for the purpose of determining and recording the tax owed to the local budget.

The procedure applies to individuals who acquire ownership of vehicles with a maximum authorized total weight greater than 12 tons and who have the obligation to declare them to the local taxes and fees department of the administrative-territorial unit where they reside.
