Online issuance of certificates/recommendations for the recognition of Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and medical assistant required in the other EU Member States*
In accordance with Law 278/2015, the Order of General Nurses, Midwives, and Nurses of Romania, as the competent authority, drafts and issues the documents (certificates, etc.) necessary for the professional recognition of Romanian qualification titles as general nurse, midwife, and nurse in other EU Member States.
The activities of attesting Romanian qualification titles as general nurse, midwife, and nurse in other EU Member States consist of drafting and issuing documents, hereinafter referred to as attestation documents, used by the authorities of the other EU Member States, the states belonging to the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation for the professional recognition of these titles according to the procedures provided by Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications, as amended and supplemented. As appropriate, the attestation documents are certificates or recommendations.
Online applications for the issuance of documents necessary for the professional recognition of the aforementioned Romanian titles, accompanied by the corresponding documents, are submitted through PCUe to the county branch/ Bucharest Municipality branch of OAMGMAMR, to which the applicant is a member. If the applicant has NOT become a member of OAMGMAMR, the application is submitted online through PCUe to the OAMGMAMR branch whose territorial jurisdiction the applicant resides in.
If the applicant does not attach all the requested documents or it is found that the file is incomplete, the applicant will be notified through the PCUe system. Within 15 days of notification …the applicant is required to complete the file with all requested documents. If the applicant does not meet the completion deadline, upon its expiration, the file will be automatically closed by the PCUe system.
The recognition documents (certificates/recommendations) will be drafted at the level of the OAMGMAMR National specialized structure and, within 90 days from the registration of the complete electronic file, will be sent online to the applicants through PCUe by the county branch of OAMGMAMR where they submitted the advice file.
