Nicolae Balcescu Land Forces Academy from Sibiu*

Through this procedure, the academic teaching positions obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutionsare automatically recognized by the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy in Sibiu. The procedure applies to Romanian citizens and nationals of Member States of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, who hold academic teaching positions, obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutionsin member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states", approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically, with a view to settling on the territory of Romania. The exercise of the rights conferred by the doctoral degree and the holding of a teaching position within the Romanian higher education system are carried out according to the legal norms in force. Appealing procedure The legal challenge is submitted at the academy. Subsequently, the final decision of the Academy can be appealed in court.
