Government / County Council / Local Council Decision regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national / county / local interest, under the conditions of the law, as applicable*

The favorable opportunity notice of the County Council/Local Council for the extension of the built-up area, in the case of lands located outside the built-up area, for which a Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) is requested and the request for a Detailed Urban Plan (PUD) from the municipality for the lands located within the built-up area.*
