This procedure describes how individuals Romanian citizens may require authorization based on exam in Romania in order to provide site supervision activities. Project supervisor is an individual employed by investor / beneficiary, having the obligation of ensuring verification of correct implementation of construction works throughout the works, according to the law. The authorization does not result in the transfer of responsibilities from authorized persons to the commissioning body and not relieve one of their obligations.

The authorization fee will be paid after receiving the communication of the authorization (sub)domain/(sub)domains. The authorization fee amounts to 200 lei and is charged per authorization domain, except for domains 8 and 9 from the table provided in art. 8 para. (4) of the Authorization Procedure, for which it is charged per subdomain. The document will be sent after receiving the communication regarding the acceptance to participate in the exam. The communication will include the amount of the authorization fee and the account in which the amount must be paid.*
