This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the certificate for deceased/remains transportation, issued by the Constanta City Hall.

Applications and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service shall be submitted at the main office on Str. Stefan Mihaileanu, no.10

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: - Submission of documents/information - 08:30 - 12:00 - Death registrations - 08:30 - 16:30 (issuance of the burial certificate)
Thursday: 08:30-18:30 - Submissions/information and death registrations (issuance of the burial certificate)
Friday: issuance of concession contracts 8.30 -12.00
Saturday: 09:30-13:30 - Death registrations (issuance of the burial certificate)
Sunday: 10:30-12:30 – death registrations (issuance of the burial certificate)

Also, requests can be submitted online on the platform cereri.primaria-constanta.ro, at the e-mail address admcimitire@primaria-constanta.ro or by postal service at the address str.St.Mihaileanu no. 10.
