This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the certificate for the exhumation of a corpse, after at least 7 years from burial, within the City Hall of Constanta Municipality.

Requests and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service shall be submitted at the following locations:

- the main office on Stefan Mihaileanu Street, no.10

- the main office on Baba Novac Street, no. 194 (inside the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;
