This procedure establishes the normative framework regarding the authorization of technical managers for execution by the State Inspectorate for Constructions - I.S.C, starting from September 30, 2016. The procedure sets out the requirements regarding the studies and professional experience of individuals applying for authorization, the necessary documents, the authorization streches, the responsibilities and competences conferred by the authorization. The communication of the field(s)/subfield(s) for which the applicant is admitted to participate in the authorization exam or, as the case may be, the rejection of the file, is made within 15 working days from the date of submission of the file or the requested additions and clarifications.
The authorization fee is 250 lei and is charged for each authorization field/subfield. The authorization fee is paid by the applicant into the I.S.C. account after the authorization committee confirms the applicant’s eligibility. The account where payment is to be made and the amount to be paid are specified in the communication regarding eligibility.
Proof of payment for the authorization fee must be submitted to ISC at least 10 working days before the examination session starts. Later submission will result in the rejection of the file.
