This procedure regulates the authorization method of economic operators carrying out activities found in groups 561 Restaurants, 563 Bars and other beverage serving activities, in fixed location sale structures, in accordance with the provisions of art.475 para (3) of Law no.227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, Ordinance 99/2000, HCLM 177/2016, Law 393/2001.
