The refusal to extend the authorization may be contested in the administrative court, according to the law. The holder of an authorization who wishes to continue the authorized activities requests the extension of the validity of the authorization/authorizations within a period between 90 days and 30 days before the date of expiration of the validity period of the held authorization/authorizations.
