The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the issuance of the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. Government Decision/County Council/Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national/county/local interest, under the conditions of the law, as the case may be*

Technical documentation/Technical project drawn up by a person certified and authorized in land improvement works (or verified by a project checker certified in the field of land improvements) with the technical solution for protecting land improvement works, where applicable. In the case of national roads, express roads, ring roads, motorways, the documentation must be endorsed by a project checker certified in roads and bridges.*
