Applications are submitted at:
1. Citizens Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – first floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Registry Office of Constanța City Hall, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51– for those submitted through postal offices;
3. Online, at the email address: agenti.economici@primaria-constanta.ro

The authorization period is a maximum of 30 days. This period can be extended only once, at the applicant's request, for a period equal to the initially approved one.
