Accessibility policy
Overview
The ROePAS platform (https://roepas.ro/) is designed to be accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities.
ROePAS follows the technical standard for websites and mobile applications, EN 301 549 v.3.2.1, as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1.
ROePAS is available for use on various devices, including:

• Smartphones
• Tablets
No aspect of ROePAS should completely prevent a person from using the platform due to accessibility issues.
ROePAS content and components are accessible through the platform’s features and through accessibility technologies such as screen readers.

• Text alternatives for non-text content (images, icons)

• Clear and easy-to-understand language
• Avoidance of content that may trigger photosensitive reactions
• Clear indications of form errors
• Summaries generated with the help of artificial intelligence (where applicable)

• Support services through:

General Accessibility Requirements
ROePAS ensures:
A. accessibility of the products used in providing the service
B. provision of information regarding how the service functions
C. presentation of information in a manner that is easy to understand
D. presentation of information to users in ways they can perceive
E. availability of content in reusable text formats for generating alternative formats
F. presentation using appropriately sized fonts and suitable shapes, taking into account foreseeable conditions of use and using sufficient contrast, as well as adjustable spacing between letters, lines, and paragraphs
G. supplementation of non-text content with an alternative presentation of that content
H. provision of the electronic information necessary for delivering the service in a consistent and appropriate way, making it perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust
I. accessibility of the website and related services
J. support services that provide information about the accessibility of the service and its compatibility with assistive technologies, through accessible means of communication
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
The accessibility features of ROePAS are monitored regularly.
User feedback is used for the continuous improvement of the platform.

ROePAS provides users with a range of support services. Where appropriate, these support services will guide users to information regarding accessibility.
