GRANTING THE SUPPORT FOR HEATING THE HOME*
Families and single persons who have a monthly income of up to 750 lei per family member and use natural gas, electricity, or solid fuels for home heating - Romanian citizens, as well as foreign citizens or stateless persons with domicile or, as the case may be, residence in Romania, established under Romanian law;
Families who have a monthly income of up to 786 lei per family member and single persons who have a monthly income of up to 1,082 lei and who use thermal energy for home heating, as well as foreign citizens or stateless persons with domicile or, as the case may be, residence in Romania, established under Romanian law.

Sending the file for granting the state allowance for children*
The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to the age of 18, without discrimination. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have reached the age of 18 and are attending high school or vocational education, organized under the conditions of the law, until the completion of their studies, except for those who repeat the school year, with the exception of those who repeat due to health reasons, proven with a medical certificate.
The state allowance for children is also granted to children of foreign citizens and stateless persons who are residents, under the conditions of the law, in Romania, if they live together with their parents.
This right can be requested by either of the child's natural parents, as well as the person who has adopted a child, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Submission of file for granting the monthly allowance for child raising*
The allowance for raising children up to 2 years old, or up to 3 years old in the case of a child with a disability, is a form of support to which persons who, in the last 24 months prior to the date of the child's birth, have earned income for 12 months from salaries, income from independent activities, income from agricultural activities subject to income tax according to the provisions of Law no. 571/2003 on the Fiscal Code, with subsequent amendments and completions - income subject to tax, or have been in one or more of the situations called assimilated periods, are entitled. Either of the child's biological parents, as well as the person who has adopted a child, can benefit from this right, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Submission of file for granting allowance for family support*
The granting of the allowance for family support aims to supplement the income of families in order to provide better conditions for the upbringing and education of children, as well as to encourage school-age children, who are in the care of low-income families, to attend courses of a form of education, organized according to the law, pursuant to art.1, para.2 of Law no. 277/2010 regarding the allowance for family support, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.

Transmission of the file for granting social assistance (VMG)*
Social assistance is granted monthly, to supplement the net monthly income of the family or single person, to ensure the guaranteed minimum income. The payment of social assistance is provided by the Ialomita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, from the budget of the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice. For the amounts granted as social assistance, one of the adult family members must perform, monthly, actions or works of local interest for all family members, without exceeding the normal working schedule; failure to fulfill this obligation leads to the suspension of social assistance payment, and if within 3 months from suspension this obligation is not fulfilled, the payment of social assistance ceases.

GRANTING THE INSERTION INCENTIVE*
Eligible persons (who have obtained for 12 months, out of the 2 years prior to the child’s birth, income from salaries, income from independent activities, income from agricultural activities, or have found themselves in one or more of the situations called assimilated periods) who, during the period when they are entitled to benefit from childcare leave, obtain taxable income are entitled to an insertion incentive in a monthly amount of 50% of the minimum amount of the monthly childcare allowance.
For persons who obtain taxable income at least 60 days before the child reaches the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability, the granting of the insertion incentive is made until the child reaches the age of 3 years, or 4 years in the case of a child with a disability.
This right can be claimed by any of the child’s natural parents, as well as by the person who has adopted a child, provided that they meet the eligibility criteria.
