Public Directorate of Social Assistance Harsova*

This procedure regulates the manner of issuing the order for the establishment of special guardianship and the appointment of a special curator for persons with disabilities, until the court pronounces in the interdiction cases.

According to the provisions of Decision no. 430/2008 for approving the Methodology regarding the organization and functioning of the evaluation commission for adults with disabilities, persons who are to submit their file for classification into a degree of disability, at the registry of DGASPC - the Evaluation Commission for Adults with Disabilities in the county where they reside, also need a social inquiry carried out by the specialized social service within the city hall in whose area the person with disabilities has domicile or residence, according to the standard model provided in Annex no. 6 to the H.G.

The Public Directorate of Social Assistance Harsova has the obligation to take the necessary measures to conduct social inquiries at the domicile of all applicants who have domicile or residence on the territory of Harsova city.

The parents of children who are about to submit a file for inclusion in a degree of disability, at the registry of DGASPC - The evaluation committee of children with disabilities for the county they belong to, also require a social inquiry carried out by the specialized social service within the town hall in whose area the child with disabilities has domicile or residence.

DPAS Harsova is obliged to take the necessary measures to carry out social inquiries at the domicile of all applicants who have their domicile or residence within the territory of Harsova city.

The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to the age of 18, without discrimination. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have reached the age of 18 and are attending high school or vocational education courses, organized under the law, until their completion, except for those who are repeating the school year, except for those who are repeating for health reasons, proven with a medical certificate.

Children of foreign citizens and stateless persons who are residents, under the law, in Romania, also benefit from the state allowance for children, if they live together with their parents.

This right may be requested by either of the child's biological parents, as well as by the person who has adopted a child, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
