Ialomita College of Dental Physicians*

This procedure is addressed to the members of the Ialomița College of Dental Physicians.

The current professional certificate is the document that includes personal information relevant to honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial branches, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 from the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proofs of honorability and professional morality for physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as Decision no. 16/2CN/2019 of the National Council of the CMSR regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance. The issuance fee is 250 lei from the second certificate requested, the first one being free, according to the decision of the Ialomița College of Dental Physicians Council.
