Enrollment in the electronic platform for communication of administrative tax documents*
Registration agreement communication platform with taxpayers.
The procedure is regulated by HCL 430/2022 regarding the approval of communication through electronic means of remote transmission, of fiscal administrative acts, enforcement acts, and other acts issued by the Satu Mare Local Taxes and Fees Directorate
The fiscal registration of a building in the case of the taxpayer as a natural person*
The taxpayer submits the declaration/declarations for establishing the building tax, accompanied by the supporting documents.
The supporting documents are:
In case of property transfer:
Sale-purchase contract;
Exchange contract;
Certificate of inheritance;
Donation deed;
Partition deed;
Fiduciary contracts;
Dation in payment contract;
Restitution ordinance;
Award deed;
Judicial decision;
Financial leasing contract + handover/receipt report of the property
In case of a newly constructed building
Building permit + completion reception report OR reception report regarding
the stage of the works;
Notarial declaration (for those built without a permit) and the topographic/cadastral work.
In case of buildings public/private property of the state/UAT conceded, leased, given in administration or use as the case may be.
Concession contract;
Lease contract;
Commodate contract;
Local/county council decision regarding giving into administration or use + handover-receipt protocol/report
BUILDING SKETCH (houses) / TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM (new houses): on all levels, with external dimensions.
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE: for buildings with sale/purchase contract or completion report
IDENTITY DOCUMENT: for co-owners/authorized person
