Modification of initial conditions of authorization - RELOCATION OF HEADQUARTERS/POINT OF WORK PHARMACEUTICAL UNIT (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in situations where changes occur to the conditions that were the basis for issuing the operating authorization - relocation of headquarters/working point. The changes must be notified to the Ministry of Health - Directorate of Medication Policy and Medical Devices within 5 working days from the date of the change.
*Pharmacy/drugstore authorization - ONLINE SALE (E-commerce) (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in cases where the registration of the statement certifying the authorization for the sale and dispensing through the information society of medicines that are granted without a medical prescription/specific drugstore products is requested.
*Establishment of a local distribution office (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in Romania for the establishment of LOCAL DISTRIBUTION OFFICES - submission of documents to DSP.
Contract Conclusion for the implementation of national public health programs, funded from resources provided by the Ministry of Health*
Establishment of community pharmacy (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to Pharmaceutical Units for the establishment of community pharmacies - submission of documents to the Public Health Directorate.
*Establishment of a closed-circuit pharmacy (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to the establishment of closed-circuit pharmacies that serve healthcare units and/or outpatient services; the manager of the healthcare unit submits the application accompanied by the required documentation. The applicant will upload on the platform the documents provided in Ord MS 444/2019 - sending the documents to DSP, preparation by the local DSP of the verification report and the compliance or non-compliance decision, and upload them on the platform.
*Establishment of drugstore - unit manager - chief pharmacist or chief pharmacy medical assistant (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to drugstores for the establishment of chief drugstore-chief pharmacist or chief pharmacy medical assistant unit. The Ministry of Health, Directorate for Medicine Policy and Medical Devices, is also notified simultaneously.
*Establishment of distinct spaces within the closed-circuit pharmacy structure at an address different from that of the hospital and/or distinct spaces for outpatient dispensing within the PNS, located at the same address or at a different address than that of the hospital (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units that wish to establish closed-circuit pharmacies at an address other than that of the hospital or at the hospital's address while being coordinated by the pharmacy within the healthcare unit. It is mandatory to submit the operating authorization of the healthcare unit accompanied by the annex in which the pharmacy is specified.
Modification of initial authorization conditions - ANY MODIFICATION TO THE SPACE - Does not include moving the headquarters/branch (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in situations where there are changes to the conditions that formed the basis for issuing the operating authorization - any other modification made to the space of the pharmaceutical unit, except for the relocation of the headquarters/point of work. The changes must be notified to the Ministry of Health - Directorate for Medicine and Medical Devices Policy within 5 working days from the date of the modification.
*Resumption of activity during the suspension period of the operating license or upon expiration of the period - WITH CHANGE OF HEADQUARTERS/WORKING POINT ADDRESS (UF-DSP)*
The procedure is addressed to pharmaceutical units in situations where the request is made to register the mention of resumption of activity during the suspension period or upon its expiration. The resumption of activity takes place at a different address of the headquarters/working point than the initial one. The documents are sent 60 working days before the expiration of the legal suspension of activity period.
*Issuing stamp codes to doctors newly entering the system with the right to practice independently*
The procedure is addressed to doctors newly entered into the public health system with the right to practice independently. In accordance with the provisions of Order of the Minister of Health no.1059/20.11.2003 regarding the mandatory nominal declaration and registration of doctors, the Public Health Directorate of Neamț County is authorized to issue stamp codes to doctors who have the right to practice independently (attested by the member certificate issued by professional colleges) and carry out their activity in a health unit in Neamț County.
Attention resident doctors:
According to the provisions of art.22, para (1) of Government Ordinance no. 18/2009, "Starting with the class of 2005 of licensed graduates of medical faculties, the right to practice independently is acquired after passing official specialist doctor examination”.
