Issuing the certificate for requesting amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased disabled person*

Social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with a disability, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, where applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, under the conditions of common law, upon their request. The amounts provided above may be requested, at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection, by the heir within the general limitation period, on the basis of the document certifying the status of heir, as well as, in the situation where there are several heirs, a statement on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.

Submission and registration of files for granting the child-raising allowance, the monthly insertion incentive and/or the state allowance for children*

By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to transmit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Summary Sheet and the Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

By the 5th of each month, municipalities are required to submit, based on a statement, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

Transmitting documents for granting home heating aid with thermal energy*

By July 31, the town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized Report including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralized Report including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy provider.

Until July 31, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, as well as the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for/an heating the home with natural gas and the actual amount of this aid.

The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for heating the home with natural gas and the actual amount of this aid, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.

The list including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount thereof, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the list including the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
