The request for reimbursement of medicines is made by:​

• Military personnel in reserve/retired, military pensioner (art. 4 letter f) from M 110/2009);
• Military pensioner due to invalidity resulting from service accidents or diseases contracted during and due to military duties who, subsequently, opted for a pension from the state social insurance system (art. 4 letter h) from M 110/2009);
• Veteran, widow, war invalid, other categories of persons provided by special laws (art. 4 letter j) from M 110/2009),

Documents required for the reimbursement file:​

• Reimbursement request
• Copy of the identity document
• Copy of the pension slip;;
• Copy of the medical recommendation (CNAS prescription, simple prescription, medical letter, military prescription)
• The tax invoice issued by the pharmacy that dispensed the medicines in the name of the holder of the medical recommendation, in original;
• The fiscal receipt corresponding to the tax invoice, in original
• The IBAN code of the account to which the reimbursed amount is requested to be transferred.
