The procedure regulates the recognition of the doctorate diploma and of the doctor’s degree in science or in a professional field obtained from accredited higher education institutions from abroad, applicable in “Ovidius” University of Constanta.

The procedure establishes how the higher education positions obtained in higher education institutions abroad are recognized - E.U. Member States, members of the European Economic Area, Member States of the Swiss Confederation, important universities from other third countries included in the list of prestigious institutions from other states, approved by the order of the Ministry of Research and Education, updated regularly, within the Ovidius University of Constanta (UOC).
