In case the registration of new work points and/or storage spaces is requested, after registration in the National Register of Phonograms, applicants shall submit the following documents:

Standard requests Forms 2
Documents - copy of the invoice/payment order, regarding the payment made for the registration operation in the register.
The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:
-registration of work point - 20 lei/work point
-registration of storage space 20 lei/storage space,
-supplementary request for completing missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration request - 10 lei.
Payment is made at the ORDA cashier’s office on Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sect.1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at the Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, CIF 4266995.
