In case the registration of new work points and/or storage spaces is requested, after registration in the National Registry of Phonograms, applicants shall submit the following documents:

Standard requests Form 2

Documents - a copy of the invoice/payment order regarding payment for the registration operation in the registry.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, and are as follows:

-registration of work point - 20 lei/work point

-registration of storage space 20 lei/storage space

-emergency fee, additional fee 300 lei,

-completion request for the completion of missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration request - 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier on Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sector 1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
