The procedure mentions the documents required for issuing the urbanism certificate. Notes: 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an information act regarding the legal, economic, and technical regime of the property, as well as the specific urban requirements of the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the urbanism documentation endorsed and approved, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not substitute the construction/demolition authorization and does not confer the right to execute construction works.
