The applicant for the urbanism certificate is the natural or legal person interested in receiving information from the competent public administration authority regarding a property, land and/or constructions for god-defined in art. 6 of the law.
For the issuance of the urbanism certificate, the applicant will address the City Hall of Focsani Municipality by submitting an application according to form F.1 - APPLICATION for the issuance of the urbanism certificate in which both the identification elements of the property for which the certificate is requested will be entered:
locality, cadastral number and land register number, where applicable, if the law does not provide otherwise, as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request.
- up to 150 sqm, inclusive ….....................................6 lei
- between 151 – 250 sqm, inclusive…................................7 lei
- between 251 -500 sqm, inclusive ….................................9 lei
- between 501- 750 sqm, inclusive …................................... 14 lei
- between 751- 1000 sqm, inclusive …..................................17 lei
- over 1000 sqm........... 16+0.01 lei/sqm for each sqm exceeding 1000 sqm
Payment can be made online via http://www.ghiseul.ro or by bank transfer to account RO 75TREZ69121160203XXXXX, C.U.I-4350645, through the Focsani Treasury.
The structure handling the application is the Urbanism Department.

1. For properties not registered in the cadastral and real estate publicity records, a zoning plan at a scale of 1:2,000, 1:500, as appropriate, issued upon request by the cadastral and real estate publicity office
2. For properties registered in the cadastral and real estate publicity records, an excerpt from the cadastral plan from the orthophotomap and an excerpt from the updated land registry for information, issued upon request by the cadastral and real estate publicity office.*
