This procedure regulates the manner of issuing the building permit for technical-utility network extension/connection: transport and distribution of natural gas within the Constanța City Hall.

CLARIFICATIONS:

In order to detail the proposed documentation, the following documents may also be attached to the mandatory legal documentation:

- Homeowners’ Association Agreement signed by the President and the Executive Committee of the Association - model M1 (see required documents)

- Nominal table 50+1% in original with owners’ agreement - model M2 (see required documents)

Note:

- In case network extensions are requested by ENGIE SA, the property deed, cadastral documentation, land register excerpt will not be required;

- The documentation is submitted in two copies. The beneficiary’s copy will contain the original approvals.
