This procedure regulates the method for extending the validity of the urbanism certificate - Constanța City Hall.
The extension of the validity period of the urbanism certificate can only be made by the issuing authority, at the request of the holder submitted at least 15 days before its expiration, for a maximum period of 12 months, after which a new urbanism certificate must be issued.
