Clarifications regarding the notice of commencement of works
In accordance with para. 23^1, para. 23^2, para. 23^3, of art. 7 of Law no. 50/1001 regarding the authorization of construction works, the beneficiary is obliged to present:
- the land registry excerpt showing the registration of the building permit;
- the announcement published in a widely circulated newspaper regarding the issued building permit.
Regarding the public character, the content of the building permit will be subject to study at the headquarters of the public authority that issued the document. (according to para. 23^5 art. 7 of Law 50/1991 - regarding the authorization of construction works).
