This procedure regulates the way in which documents concluded abroad - divorce - are registered within the City Hall of Constanta Municipality.
We inform you that, starting from 22.02.2025, the Civil Status Service will carry out its activity in a new location in Constanta municipality, 193 Mamaia Blvd. (former School no. 1).
We mention that the schedule with the public remains unchanged.
