This procedure regulates the method of registering existing entries in the margin of civil status documents - Annex 9 within the Constanta City Hall.
At the request of individuals, certificates regarding the registration of a civil status act are issued; the certificates include, as appropriate, specifications regarding the existing entries in the margin of the civil status document.
The request can be made in one's own name at the request of any of the former spouses or through an authorized representative with a special power of attorney.
