The procedure is addressed to persons who wish to regularize the building permit
The documents must be submitted within 15 days from the completion of the works, but no later than 15 days from the expiration of the building permit, to the Urban Planning and Territorial Development Department - contact person: Gheorghiu Monica –Tel: 0255211692-Ext.128;
Resolution term: 15 days from the presentation of the documents listed above (provided that the regularization statement is endorsed by the Tax and Duties Service of the Resita City Hall and the payment of any resulting tax differences has been made, if applicable).
