For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) must be completed and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity date.
When submitting the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment for the extension fee.
Payment can be made online at https://www.ghiseul.ro or by bank transfer to account RO 48 TREZ 70321160203XXXXX, C.U.I-P.S.3-4420465, through TREZORERIA SECTOR 3.
The department handling the application is the Urban Planning Directorate.
