Appeal routes
In the situation where the requirements are not met by the new laboratory manager, the authorization committee communicates to the laboratory, through a written note, the decision to reject the request for evaluation of the new laboratory manager, which can be contested within 15 days from the date of communication. Appeals formulated by the applicant legal entities whose evaluation request for the new laboratory manager was rejected are submitted to the I.S.C. and are re-analyzed by the authorization committee together with all the documents filed in the file, which will decide, as applicable, the acceptance/rejection of the appeal.
