Request for certification – Annex 7 of the Regulation*

Certificate of registration issued by the Trade Register Office, in copy, reflecting the updated situation of the applicant at the date of the certification request, regarding its status, identification data, and means of communication, and which shows that the applicant has activities subject to certification registered as its main or secondary object of activity; in the case of individuals, documents proving that the applicant meets the legal conditions regarding the organization and conduct of economic activities by individuals, being registered in Romania as an authorized natural person, individual enterprise, or family enterprise.*

List including the technical-material equipment, which should certify the applicant's capability to carry out activities subject to certification – Annex 4 and Annex 8 of the Regulation.*

The Quality Management System Certificate issued by one of the RENAR-accredited companies or another similar internationally recognized body, showing that the applicant carries out the activities subject to certification under the conditions of the ISO 9001 standard.*
