Notarial declaration given by the head of the household for confirming certain factual situations: changes in areas, changes in usage categories, alterations/registrations of constructions, clarifications regarding the legal status of some properties within the household. In case of representation, a copy of the special notarial power of attorney as well as a copy of the ID card/passport of the authorized individual or a copy of the passport for the authorized individual with domicile abroad.*

The standard form for requesting the registration/update of data in the Agricultural Register and the issuance of the Certificate regarding the Agricultural Role - It will be submitted in ORIGINAL in front of the clerk operating in the AR*
