Notes: 1. According to the provisions of art.6 para (1) and (4) of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urban requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document which is issued upon request to any applicant—natural or legal person.

2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not substitute the construction/demolition permit and does not grant the right to execute construction works
