This procedure regulates the method for registering mentions of name and/or first name changes that occurred abroad within the Constanta City Hall.
We inform you that, starting from 22.02.2025, the Civil Status Service will carry out its activity in a new location in Constanta Municipality, bd. Mamaia no. 193 (former School no. 1).
