For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the Building Permit) must be completed and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the originally issued building permit. The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 45 working days before the expiration of its validity date.
